Seek Cache Help
Using Seek Cache is ridiculously simple:
Step 1: Tap the Seek Cache icon (and allow it to access your location).
Step 2: You’re done! Look at your nearby caches and go adventure!
Seek Cache sends your GPS coordinates (for the 3G iPhone) or your approximate location (for the original iPhone) to the Groundspeak geocaching.com search. The results are displayed immediately in an embedded web browser.
Tip:
You can use your iPhone/iPod Touch's copy-and-paste to see maps of caches! Tap and hold on top of a cache until you see a blue box highlight it all, like this:
Then move the selection (with the blue dots) like this:
After you've got just the coordinates selected, it'll ask you to copy:
Try it out! Select and copy the coordinates below. See how the compass icon becomes enabled?

But if you were to select and copy the below text, you'll see the compass becomes disabled
"These aren't coordinates, silly."
