Well, the new upgrade for Mister Lister is still pending approval by Apple, but we wanted to share with you some of the features we included in this latest version. Most of these features were requested by users, and hopefully we did not disappoint! Regretfully, some features were too substantial to include in this release, but we hope to begin working on those soon!
Version 1.5 Feature Changes:
- Uncheck all items: The Action view now includes an 'Uncheck All' button to quickly uncheck every item on the list. While clearing lists instead of creating new ones doesn't provide a thorough history, we understand that speed is of the essence. Still, don't forget the ability to copy lists.
- Sort list alphabetically: The Action view also contains a button to sort the list alphabetically. After adding items to your list, you might find them out of any reasonable order. Instead of scanning the entire list to find a single item, you can now reorder the list alphabetically to make it easier to find an item. (Hint: one of our next features will allow ordering items by aisle or type. Shhh... don't tell, it's a secret).
- View subtotal on List View screen: The subtotal can now be viewed in place of the list title! If you don't want to turn the phone sideways to view your subtotal, simply tap the List title on the top of the List View screen. This will turn the title into the list subtotal (and vice versa), so you'll always be able to see an estimate.
- Prevent iPhone sleep: A new setting allows you to prevent the iPhone screen from dimming/sleeping after that set period of time. By turning this setting on (off by default), the iPhone screen will stay as bright as day so you don't have to bother with it in between picking up items. (We know that's annoying!)
